Haleakalā Observatories
The Haleakalā Observatory, also known as the Haleakalā High Altitude Observatory Site, is Hawaii's first astronomical research observatory. It is located on the island of Maui and is owned by the Institute for Astronomy of the University of Hawaiʻi, which operates some of the facilities on the site and leases portions to other organizations.| Tap on a place to explore it |

The Panoramic Survey Telescope and Rapid Response System located at Haleakala Observatory, Hawaii, US, consists of astronomical cameras, telescopes and a computing facility that is surveying the sky for moving or variable objects on a continual basis, and also producing accurate astrometry and photometry of already-detected objects.

The Maui Space Surveillance Complex is a U.S. Space Force operating location for the 15th Space Surveillance Squadron and the Air Force Research Laboratory at Haleakala Observatory on Maui, Hawaii, with a twofold mission.
