Al Khalis is a town in Diyala, Iraq, roughly 15 kilometers northwest of Baqubah. It is the main town of Khalis Arfan District. The Khalis Arfan district previously housed the Mujahedin-e Khalq in Camp Ashraf. Al Khalis is situated 3 km southwest of Khalis Canal.
