Mazhiq Mosque
The Mazhiq Mosque or the Mosque of Mazhiq is a cultural heritage monument of Kosovo, located 13 km from Mitrovica, in the village of Mazhiq. The mosque was built around the 15th century and today is almost fully destroyed, having lost its original function.Photo: Itsrron, CC BY-SA 4.0.

The Trepça Mines is a large industrial complex in Kosovo, located 9 km northeast of Mitrovica. The mine is located on the southern slopes of the Kopaonik mountain, between the peaks of Crni Vrh and Majdan 1,268 m, and it is Europe's largest lead-zinc and silver ore mine. Trepça Mines is situated 2½ km west of Mazhiq Mosque.

Mazhiq or Mažić is a village in the municipality of Mitrovica in the District of Mitrovica, Kosovo. According to the 2024 census, it has 90 inhabitants, all Albanians. Alternative names of the village are Mazaj or Mazet.
