Union Park Congregational Church and Carpenter Chapel is a historic church building at 60 N. Ashland Blvd. on the Near West Side of Chicago, Illinois. The chapel is named after Philo Carpenter, a deacon, a co-founder of the congregation and of the Chicago Theological Seminary, and an early donor of the original church who was also a noted abolitionist and the city's first druggist. Union Park Congregational Church and Carpenter Chapel is situated 900 feet south of Ashland station.

Bottom Lounge is a concert hall at 1375 W. Lake St. in Chicago, Illinois. Originally located in Chicago's Lake View neighborhood at 3206 N. Wilton, Bottom Lounge was acquired by the CTA in eminent domain in 2001 and seized for demolition in 2005 to make way for the Brown Line extension project. Bottom Lounge is situated 1,200 feet east of Ashland station.
