The museum is located at the Museum Square in the borough of Amsterdam South, close to the Van Gogh Museum, the Stedelijk Museum Amsterdam, and the Royal Concertgebouw. Rijksmuseum Amsterdam is situated 240 metres northeast of Moco Museum.
