Bey Hamam, alternatively known as the "Baths of Paradise", is a Turkish bathhouse located along Egnatia Street in Thessaloniki, east of Panagia Chalkeon.

The Church of Panagia Chalkeon is an 11th-century Byzantine-era Greek Orthodox church in the city of Thessaloniki, in the Central Macedonia region of northern Greece. Panagia Chalkeon is situated 150 metres northwest of Germanos.

The Church of Saint Demetrius, or Hagios Demetrios, is the main sanctuary dedicated to Saint Demetrius, the patron saint of Thessaloniki, dating from a time when it was the second largest city of the Byzantine Empire. Hagios Demetrios is situated 460 metres northeast of Germanos.
