Buchegg Castle

Buchegg Castle is a castle in the Swiss municipality of Kyburg-Buchegg in the canton of Solothurn, Switzerland. The castle, built in 1546, has a square tower with a hip roof. Buchegg Castle is situated 2½ km southeast of Eichmatthof.

It is an intermediate stop on the 1,000 mm gauge Solothurn–Worblaufen line of Regionalverkehr Bern-Solothurn. Lohn-Lüterkofen railway station is situated 3½ km east of Eichmatthof.
