The Museum of Pre-Columbian and Indigenous Art is an ethnographic museum located in Ciudad Vieja, Montevideo, Uruguay, dedicated to the indigenous cultures of different parts of Latin America.

Hospital Maciel is a hospital located in 25 de Mayo 174, Old City in Montevideo. It is one of the oldest hospitals in Uruguay. The land was originally donated in Spanish colonial times by philanthropist Francisco Antonio Maciel, who teamed up with Mateo Vidal to establish a hospital and charity. Hospital Maciel is situated 150 metres southwest of Del Puerto.

Plaza Zabala

Plaza Zabala is a plaza in the Ciudad Vieja of Montevideo, Uruguay. In late 1878, during the dictatorship of Colonel Lorenzo Latorre, it was decided to demolish the old fort and build a public square in its place. Plaza Zabala is situated 210 metres east of Del Puerto.
