Inch Castle

Inch Castle is a ruined castle located on the southern tip of Inch Island in County Donegal in Ulster, the northern province in Ireland. The castle was constructed around 1430 by the Gaelic Irish lord Neachtain O'Donnell for his father-in-law, Cahir O'Doherty.

Inch Fort, Lough Swilly, Inishowen, County Donegal was built between 1812 and 1813, during the Napoleonic Wars. It had positions for nine guns, six in an open battery and a further three in a blockhouse. Inch Fort is situated 3 km north of Cuckoo’s Rock.

Rathmullan is a seaside village and townland on the Fanad Peninsula in County Donegal, Ireland. It is situated on the western shore of Lough Swilly, 11 kilometres north-east of Ramelton and 12 km east of Milford. Rathmullan is situated 4½ km northwest of Cuckoo’s Rock.

Burnfoot is a small village on the Inishowen peninsula in County Donegal, Republic of Ireland. It lies within the townland of Ballyderowen. It has a few local shops and a pub. As of 2022, the population was 413. Burnfoot is situated 6 km east of Cuckoo’s Rock.
