Frosses is a small village in County Donegal, Ireland. It is situated in the south of the county on the R262 regional road, 7 miles west of Donegal Town. The local Catholic church is St. Mary's, located on the main street. Frosses is situated 5 km south of Boleyard.

Glenties is a town in the west of County Donegal, which as its name suggests is at the confluence of two scenic glens. In 2022 it was home to more than 900 people. Also described here are Ardara and the beach resort area around Portnoo and Naran.
