Benham Park is a mansion in the English ceremonial county of Berkshire and district of West Berkshire. It is 2 miles west of Newbury within 500 metres of a junction of the A34 trunk road Newbury bypass outside the town side, in the Marsh Benham locality of Speen, a village within and outside the Newbury bypass. Benham Park is situated 2 miles southeast of Wickham Heath.

The Watermill Theatre is a producing theatre in Bagnor, Berkshire. It opened in 1967 in Bagnor Mill, a converted watermill on the River Lambourn. As a producing house, the theatre has staged works that have subsequently moved on to the West End, including the 2004 revival of Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street, which also transferred to Broadway in 2006. Watermill Theatre is situated 2 miles east of Wickham Heath.
