The Aram Khachaturian Museum was established in 1978 in Yerevan, Armenia, just after the composer's death. The first permanent exposition was opened on January 23, 1984, on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the composer. Aram Khachaturian House-Museum is situated 190 metres southeast of National Assembly.
