The Holy Spirit Rock or Holy Ghost Rock, also known as the Agion Pneuma in Greek, is a rock in the Meteora rock formation complex of Thessaly, Greece. It stands on the northern flank of the westward-opening valley in which Kastraki, Trikala is located.

The Monastery of Saint Nicholas Anapausas is a former Greek Orthodox monastery near the town of Kalambaka, in the Thessaly region of central Greece. It is located at the top of a rocky precipice over 415 metres above the Pineios valley floor. Holy Monastery of St. Nikolaos of Anapafsas is situated 690 metres north of Agios Georgios Mandilas.

The monastery-crowned pillars of Meteora are among the most striking geological and cultural gems of Greece.
