Located near Federation Square and St Paul's Cathedral, it is the busiest railway station in Victoria, serving the entire electrified metropolitan rail network, 15 tram routes travelling to and from the city, and V/Line services to Gippsland. Flinders Street Station is situated 180 metres south of The Journal Cafe.
