Piazza Dante is a large public square in Naples, Italy, named after the medieval poet Dante Alighieri. The square is dominated by a 19th-century statue of Dante, sculpted by Tito Angelini.

The Port'Alba is the remnant of one of the city gates in Naples, Italy. It is located on the northwestern edge of Piazza Dante, just north of Vanvitelli's colonnade, which obscures the bastion into which the gate was carved.

Dante is a Naples Metro on Line 1. It opened on 27 March 2002 as one-station extension from Museo. The station is located between Museo and Toledo. On 28 March 2011 the line was further extended to Università as non-stop shuttle service, as Toledo and Municipio stations were not yet ready.
