Oreung is a complex of five Silla-era royal tombs in Gyeongju, South Korea. They are now a tourist attraction. They are part of the Gyeongju Historic Areas UNESCO World Heritage Site. Five Royal Tombs in Gyeonju is situated 180 metres northwest of Sungdeokjeon.

Cheomseongdae is an astronomical observatory in Gyeongju, South Korea. Cheomseongdae is the oldest surviving astronomical observatory in Asia, and possibly even the world. Cheomseongdae Observatory is situated 1½ km northeast of Sungdeokjeon.
Najeong Well

Najeong Well, is a historic well in the forest of Najeong in Gyeongju, South Korea. On 20 November 1975, it was designated Historic Site of South Korea No. 245. The well is said to be the birthplace of Park Hyeokgeose, the founder of Silla. Najeong Well is situated 740 metres south of Sungdeokjeon.
