Huaisheng Mosque

The Huaisheng Mosque is the main mosque of Guangzhou. Rebuilt many times over its history, some historical texts claim that it was first built in the 7th century, but modern scholarship places its foundation at a later period during the Tang or Song dynasties. Huaisheng Mosque is situated 200 metres southwest of Chaotian Lu.

The Temple of the Six Banyan Trees or Liurong Temple is a Buddhist temple in Guangzhou, China, originally built in AD 537. The temple's proximity to foreign consulates in Guangzhou has made it a regular destination for families participating in the international adoption of children from China. Temple of the Six Banyan Trees is situated 400 metres north of Chaotian Lu.
