Nong Buak Haad Park

Buak Hat Public Park is a public park located in the southwest corner of Chiang Mai’s old city. It is open every day from 0500 - 2100. It is a place for local people and tourists to visit and is a location for many of Chiang Mai’s festivals such as the Flower Festival. Nong Buak Haad Park is situated 1½ km northeast of Northern Meteorological Center.

Wat Suan Dok, also known as Wat Buppharam is a Buddhist temple in Chiang Mai, northern Thailand. It is a Royal Temple of the Third Class. The temple is on Suthep Road, approximately one kilometre west of Suan Dok gate at the west side of the moat. Wat Suan Dok is situated 2 km north of Northern Meteorological Center.
