Estadio Pocitos

Estadio Pocitos was a multi-use stadium located in the Pocitos district of Montevideo, Uruguay. The stadium, owned by C.A. Peñarol, was mainly used for football matches from 1921 to 1933. Estadio Pocitos is situated 250 metres northwest of Skateland.

The Southern Common Market is a South American trade bloc established by the Treaty of Asunción in 1991 and Protocol of Ouro Preto in 1994. Its full members are Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Paraguay, and Uruguay. Venezuela is a full member but has been suspended since 1 December 2016. Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Guyana, Panama, Peru, and Suriname are associate countries. Mercosur is situated 1½ km southwest of Skateland.

The Colegio y Liceo Alemán de Montevideo is one of the most prestigious private schools in Uruguay. It was established in 1857 for the children of German traders, artists, engineers and diplomats living in Montevideo. German School of Montevideo is situated 260 metres north of Skateland.

Barrio Jardín is a small neighbourhood of Montevideo, Uruguay, which is part of Barrio Parque Rodó. It was formerly known as "Parque del Pueblo". It is delimited by España Boulevard to its north, 21 de Setiembre Avenue to its south and west, and Artigas Boulevard to its east.
