Pandrup is a town in North Jutland, Denmark. It is located in Jammerbugt Municipality, 6 km northwest of Aabybro and 17 km southwest of Brønderslev. Until 1 January 2007 Pandrup was the seat of the former Pandrup Municipality. Pandrup is situated 4½ km west of Troldesten.

Aabybro is located 17 km southwest of Brønderslev, 16 km northwest of Aalborg and 30 km northeast of Fjerritslev. Aabybro is situated 6 km south of Troldesten.
