Christ Church Parish Church

The current Christ Church Parish Church located in Church Hill, Christ Church, Barbados was built in 1935 and is the fifth parish church on the site. At various times the previous structures have all been destroyed by natural disasters including flood, fire or hurricanes. Christ Church Parish Church is situated 3½ km south of The Ridge.

Bentleys
Hamlet
Bentleys is a village in Saint Philip Parish in Barbados. Prior to 1981, it was one of the over 600 plantations tenantries for which the Barbados government legislated to have them convert into rural freehold villages. Bentleys is situated 3½ km northeast of The Ridge.
Southern Barbados
Southern Barbados is one of the main tourist bases of Barbados. Starting just beyond the Garrison Savannah district of Bridgetown, the parish of Christ Church is a strip of hotels, bars and restaurants along Highway 7, one long traffic jam honking its way through Hastings, Worthing, Rockley, Saint Lawrence, Oistins and Silver Sands.
