Emmanuel Cathedral, Mvara is a church, which is situated 790 metres east of Kong’s College Arua.

Arua Central Forest Reserve, also known as Barifa Forest is a protected area in Arua district, Uganda. It is managed by National Forestry Authority. The reserve is constantly under threat from depletion and encroachers who are a threat the existence of tree species in this forest reserve. Arua Central Forest Reserve is situated 1¼ km southwest of Kong’s College Arua.

Barifa Forest

Barifa Forest is a forest near Arua in the Northern Region of Uganda. Located southeast of Arua Hill, it extends up to Mvara and Muni. It was gazetted in 1948 but may soon be degazetted after consultations to pave way for the Nile Eco-City, a satellite city in Arua Municipality. Barifa Forest is situated 1¼ km southwest of Kong’s College Arua.
