The Broadwalk Centre is a shopping centre located in the town of Edgware, Greater London, and is owned by Ballymore Group having been purchased from Scottish Widows Investment Partnership, having been purchased from The Carlyle Group and Bride Hall Holdings for £70 million in March 2012. The Broadwalk Centre is situated 500 feet south of Edgware.

Edgware is a suburban town in northwest London. It was an ancient parish in the county of Middlesex east of the ancient Watling Street in what is now the London Borough of Barnet but it is now informally considered to cover a wider area, including parts of the boroughs of Harrow and Brent.
