Huliheʻe Palace

The Huliheʻe Palace is located in historic Kailua-Kona, Hawaiʻi, on Ali'i Drive. The former vacation home of Hawaiian royalty, it was converted to a museum run by the Daughters of Hawaiʻi, showcasing furniture and artifacts. Huliheʻe Palace is situated 3,700 feet south of Interpretive Center.

The Kona Hawaii Temple is the 70th operating temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The intent to build the temple was announced on May 7, 1998, by the church's First Presidency. Kona Hawaii Temple is situated 4,200 feet southeast of Interpretive Center.
