A distinct five-tiered pagoda houses the original 20.5-foot high Buddha image was donated by Prince Minyedeippa in 1558. Ngahtatgyi Buddha Temple is situated 3,200 feet southwest of Heavy Light Tea Shop.

The Bogyoke Aung San Museum, located in Bahan, Yangon, is a museum dedicated to General Aung San, the founder of modern Myanmar.
