Extra Arena is the home ground of the Norwegian football club Ranheim Fotball. It is located in the Ranheim area of Trondheim Municipality. A stand with about 1,000 seats under cover and a provisional stand with about 750 seats was built in 2010 to comply with the Norwegian Football Federation's seating capacity requirements for the top two divisions.
