Wat Moha Montrey is a wat located on Sihanouk Boulevard in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Built in 1970, it was used by the Khmer Rouge between 1975 and 1979 as a storage house for rice and corn. Moha Montrey Pagoda is situated 220 metres west of Norwegian People’s Aid Cambodia.

Located in Phnom Penh, the site is a former secondary school used as an internment facility known as Security Prison 21 by the Khmer Rouge regime from 1975 until its fall in 1979. S-21 is situated 620 metres southeast of Norwegian People’s Aid Cambodia.
