Åbo Svenska Teater is a Finland-Swedish theatre in the city of Turku in Finland and the oldest theatre in the country, founded in 1839. The building itself is also the oldest still functioning theatre house in Finland. Åbo Svenska Teater is situated 230 metres north of Kauppa, Teollisuus ja Säästäväisyys.

The Qwensel House is the oldest wooden house in Turku, Finland. It is bourgeois housing from the autarchic times that has survived in its entirety. The house was built approximately in the year 1700 in an area that was reserved for the nobility in the city plan made up by Per Brahe the Younger in 1652. Qwensel House is situated 130 metres east of Kauppa, Teollisuus ja Säästäväisyys.
