Pelling is a small town in West Sikkim. Pelling is famous for its magnificent views of the snow-capped mountains of Kanchenjunga. Situated at an altitude of 1,900 m, the location offers good views of the surrounding mountain ranges including the Koktang, Frey, Rathong, Kabru North and Kabru South, Kabru Dom, Talung Kanchenjunga, Pandim, Jopuno, Tinchikhang, Narsing and others.
Geyzing
Geyzing, or Gyalshing, is the capital of West Sikkim. Attractions include Pemyangtse Monastery built in 1640, reputed to be Sikkim's oldest, and Khecheopalri Lake which as legend has it not a leaf is allowed to float on the surface.Yuksom

Yuksom is a small village in Sikkim it serves as the starting point of the Dzongri - Goechala Trek. The 8 - 9 day trek is the most popular in Sikkim and leads to the base of the third highest mountain in the world, Kangchenjunga.
