Kolkata

Kolkata, formerly Calcutta, is the capital and largest city of West Bengal and the cultural capital of India. Kolkata is an "in your face" city that shocks and charms the unsuspecting visitor.
Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar, the capital of Odisha, lies on the banks of the River Kuakhai which is part of the Mahanadi River delta. Together with Konark and Puri, it forms the Swarna Tribhuja or Golden Triangle of Odisha tourism.
Gangtok

Gangtok is a bustling, friendly hill station, and the capital of the Himalayan state of Sikkim. The name Gangtok is derived from the Tibetan word for 'hillside,' and the city has a population of around 100,000 being a mixture of indigenous Sikkimese and people of Nepalese and Tibetan ancestry.

Odisha, spelled Orissa until 2011, is a state located in Eastern India. It is the eighth-largest state by area, and the eleventh-largest by population, with over 41 million inhabitants.
Jharkhand

Jharkhand is a state in Eastern India. Home to the Chota Nagpur Plateau, Jharkhand can fairly claim to be one of the most attractive parts of the country.
Chhattisgarh

Chhattisgarh is a landlocked state in Central India. It is the ninth largest state by area, and with a population of roughly 30 million, the seventeenth most populous.
Sikkim

Sikkim in East India, is a mountainous border state in the Himalayan foothills. It is bounded by China, Nepal and Bhutan to its north, west and east respectively, with West Bengal forming its southern border.
