Ryugyong Hotel

The Ryugyong Hotel, or Yu-Kyung Hotel, is a 330 m tall unfinished pyramid-shaped skyscraper in Pyongyang, North Korea. Its name is also one of the historical names for Pyongyang. Ryugyong Hotel is situated 350 metres northwest of Kŏnsŏl.

Potongmun is the western gate of the inner system of the walled city of Pyongyang. It was originally built in the sixth century as an official Koguryo construction, and was later rebuilt in 1473. Potongmun is situated 1 km southeast of Kŏnsŏl.

The Pyongyang Assembly Hall, formerly known as the Mansudae Assembly Hall, is the seat of the Supreme People's Assembly, the unicameral supreme state organ of power of North Korea. Mansudae Assembly Hall is situated 1½ km southeast of Kŏnsŏl.
