Shamash School was an Iraqi Jewish high school located on al-Rashid Street, Baghdad, founded in 1928. The school was supported by the Anglo-Jewish Association and had more than 900 students at its peak in 1939. Shammash Synagogue is situated 490 metres northwest of Iraqi Drilling Company (IDC).
