Maskeliya is a town in the Central Province of Sri Lanka. It is the site of the 1974 crash of Martinair Flight 138, the worst air disaster in Sri Lanka. Maskeliya is situated 3 km north of Mocha Division.

Dalhousie, Nallathanniya or Delhousie is a village in Nuwara Eliya District, Sri Lanka. The village is two hours from Hatton city and situated en route to Adam's Peak. The village borrowed its name from a nearby tea estate. Dalhousie is situated 5 km northwest of Mocha Division.

In 2017, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed a gathering of Indian-origin Tamils at Norwood, in the presence of the Sri Lankan president, prime minister, and other community leaders. Norwood is situated 7 km northeast of Mocha Division.
