The Negros Museum

Negros Museum is a privately owned provincial museum situated in the Negros Occidental Provincial Capitol Complex in Bacolod, Philippines. The structure was built in 1925 as the Provincial Agriculture Building. The Negros Museum is situated 4 km northwest of Paho 1.

San Sebastian Cathedral

San Sebastian Cathedral is a late 19th-century Roman Catholic church in Bacolod, Negros Occidental in the Philippines. It is the seat of the Diocese of Bacolod. San Sebastian Cathedral is situated 4 km west of Paho 1.

Capitol Park and Lagoon

The Capitol Park and Lagoon is a provincial park located in Bacolod, Negros Occidental, in the Philippines. One of the features of the park are matching sculptures depicting a woman standing alongside a water buffalo and that of a man pulling another water buffalo. Capitol Park and Lagoon is situated 3½ km northwest of Paho 1.

Bacolod is the capital of the province of Negros Occidental in the Philippines and the most populous city on Negros Island. It is known for its MassKara Festival, a Mardi Gras-like parade and spectacular mix of dancing, colour and music held every October, as well as for its culinary heritage that includes inasal and sweet dessert treats.
