Malka is a Jordanian town located in the north of Irbid on the border with Syria. It is one of the largest villages in Bani Kinanah Department. It has fertile soil and abundant springs. Malka is situated 7 km southwest of Wadi Hilya.

Metzar is an Israeli settlement organized as a kibbutz in the southern Golan Heights. The settlement was established as a kibbutz after Israel occupied the area in the Six Day War in 1967. Meitsar is situated 8 km northwest of Wadi Hilya.
