Arco de Santa María in Burgos, Spain, is one of the twelve gates the city had during the Middle Ages. It was rebuilt by Charles V, Holy Roman Emperor during the 16th century after the local rulers of the city supported him during the Revolt of the Comuneros. Arco de Santa María is situated 130 metres east of Ruta jacobea.

Santa Gadea is a church dedicated to Saint Agatha in Burgos, Spain. The church is famous in history and literature for being the site where Rodrigo Díaz de Vivar at the behest of the Castilian Cortes, forced Alfonso VI to swear an oath that he was not an accomplice in the death of his brother, Sancho while he was besieging Zamora. Santa Gadea is situated 100 metres northwest of Ruta jacobea.
