Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw is a public university of visual arts and applied arts located in the Polish capital. The academy traces its history back to the Department of Arts founded at the Warsaw University in the Duchy of Warsaw in 1812.

The Czapski Palace is a palatial complex in the center of Warsaw, located at 5 Krakowskie Przedmieście. It was constructed in about 1686 for the Catholic Primate of Poland, Michał Stefan Radziejowski, using a design by the Dutch-born Polish architect and engineer Tylman van Gameren. Czapski Palace is situated 120 metres west of Maxime Weygand.
