The New Forest is a major tourist area and a national park in Hampshire. It is immensely popular with British campers, as it is one of two national parks in the densely populated South East of England.

Allum Green

Allum Green is a hamlet southwest of Lyndhurst, Hampshire, England. During the night of 5/6 September 1940 it was the scene of a Luftwaffe bombing raid, which resulted in the deaths of four British Army soldiers of the RAOC and 14 men were injured. Allum Green is situated 1½ miles west of Irons Hill Walk.
