The Level is an urban park in central Brighton, on the south coast of England. The park is a triangle of 8.05 acres bounded by Union Road to the north, Richmond Terrace to the east, and Ditchling Road to the west.

The Royal Pavilion and its surrounding gardens form a Grade I listed former royal residence in Brighton, England. Beginning in 1787, it was built in three stages as a seaside retreat for George, Prince of Wales, who became the Prince Regent in 1811, and King George IV in 1820. Royal Pavilion is situated 3,000 feet south of Richmond Terrace.
