Wales Millennium Centre is Wales's national arts centre located in the Cardiff Bay area of Cardiff, Wales. The site covers a total area of 7.5 acres. Phase 1 of the building was opened during the weekend of 26–28 November 2004 and phase 2 opened on 22 January 2009 with an inaugural concert. Wales Millennium Centre is situated 690 feet south of Fitness Quarter.

Tŷ Hywel is a building in Cardiff, Wales, used by the Senedd. It is named after the medieval king Hywel Dda, King of Deheubarth in South West Wales. The building was previously known as Crickhowell House, after the former Secretary of State for Wales, Lord Crickhowell. Tŷ Hywel is situated 940 feet south of Fitness Quarter.
