Nairi Cinema, is the second-largest cinema hall in the Armenian capital of Yerevan, located on the intersection of Mashtots Avenue with the Isahakyan street at the central Kentron District.

The Matenadaran, officially the Mesrop Mashtots Institute of Ancient Manuscripts, is the largest center for the storage, study and popularization of Armenian manuscripts, combining the functions of a museum, archive and scientific institution. Matenadaran is situated 440 metres northeast of Vitacci.

The Cafesjian Center for the Arts is an art museum in Yerevan, Armenia. It is located at the central Kentron District, in and around the Yerevan Cascade which is a complex of massive staircase with fountains, ascending up from the Tamanyan Street gardens and pedestrian zone. Cafesjian Sculpture Garden is situated 160 metres west of Vitacci.
