Hovhannes Tumanyan Museum is a literary museum based in Yerevan, Armenia. It was founded on April 5, 1953, dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the death of one of the most famous Armenian poets Hovhannes Tumanyan.

Ara Sargsyan and Hakob Kojoyan Museum house museum of Ara Sargsian and Hakob Kojoyan where they lived since 1934 until the foundation of the museum. The museum building is a cultural heritage monument in Armenia. Ara Sargsyan’s & Hakob Kojoyan’s museum is situated 150 metres south of Rootie.

Kond is one of the oldest quarters of Yerevan. It is situated within the boundaries of the modern-day Kentron District of the capital of Armenia. According to Hovhannes Shahkhatunyants, an Armenian historian, Kond is located at the western and southern hillsides and foot of a rocky hill with similar name.
