LOOK II is a permanent sculpture by British sculptor Antony Gormley on the south-western leg of West Hoe Pier, Plymouth, Devon, England. It was commissioned by Plymouth City Council and The Box as part of the city's Mayflower 400 celebrations.

Tinside Lido is a 1935 Art Deco lido in the city of Plymouth in southwest England. It is sited beside Plymouth Sound and is overlooked by Plymouth Hoe and Smeaton's Tower. The lido opens in the summer months between May and September. Tinside Lido is situated 1,100 feet east of Grand Parade RWYC.

Plymouth Hoe, referred to locally as the Hoe, is a large south-facing open public space in the English coastal city of Plymouth, Devon. The Hoe is adjacent to and above the low limestone cliffs that form the seafront and commands views of Plymouth Sound, Drake's Island, and across the Hamoaze to Mount Edgcumbe in Cornwall.

Drake's Island is a 6.5-acre island approximately 500 metres from land in Plymouth Sound, the stretch of water south of the city of Plymouth, Devon. The rocks which make up the island are volcanic tuff and lava, together with marine limestone of the Devonian period.
