Fanari or Fanarion is a village in Karditsa, Greece, with a population of 433. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality Mouzaki, whereas before that it was the seat of the municipality of Ithomi. Fanari is situated 4½ km south of Magoula Karditsa railway station.
