Tulcea is a city in Northern Dobruja, Romania. It is the administrative center of Tulcea County, and had a population of 65,624 as of 2021. One village, Tudor Vladimirescu, is administered by the city.

Mangalia, ancient Callatis, is a city and a port on the coast of the Black Sea in the south-east of Constanța County, Northern Dobruja, Romania. The municipality of Mangalia also administers several summertime seaside resorts: Cap Aurora, Jupiter, Neptun, Olimp, Saturn, and Venus.
Sulina

Sulina is a town in the Danube Delta in Romania, on the Black Sea. The easternmost point of the European Union, the city lies on the Danube river as well as on the Black sea coast. It is a small fisherman city and summer resort.
Mamaia

Mamaia is one of the most popular summer resorts in Romania. It's situated on an 8-km long and 300-m wide sandy landstrip between Lake Siutghiol and the Black Sea, a few kilometres north-east of the important portal town Constanţa.

Costinești is a commune and resort in Constanța County, Northern Dobruja, Romania, located on the shore of the Black Sea, about 30 kilometres south of the county seat, Constanța. It consists of two villages: Costinești and Schitu.
Jurilovca

Măcin Mountains National Park

The Măcin Mountains is a mountain range in Tulcea County, Romania. Part of the Northern Dobruja Massif, they are located between Danube River to the north and west, Taița River and Culmea Niculițelului to the east and Casimcea Plateau to the south.
