Mangalia, ancient Callatis, is a city and a port on the coast of the Black Sea in the south-east of Constanța County, Northern Dobruja, Romania. Esmahan Sultan Mosque is the oldest mosque in Romania. Located in Mangalia, Constanța County, it serves a community of 800 Muslim families, most of them of Turkish and Tatar ethnicity.
