Cap-Haïtien

Cap-Haïtien is the second largest city in Haiti with a population of 275,000 in 2015. It lies along a bay on the northern coast of the country. When Haiti was the French colony of Saint Domingue, the city was the colony's capital, then called Cap Parisian or Cap Francais.
Tortuga

Tortuga Island is a West Indian island that forms part of Haiti, off the northwest coast of Hispaniola. It constitutes the commune of Île de la Tortue in the Port-de-Paix arrondissement of the Nord-Ouest department of Haiti.
Fort Liberté

Fort-Liberté is a commune and the administrative capital of the Nord-Est department of Haiti. It is one of the oldest cities in the country. Haiti's independence was proclaimed there on November 29, 1803.
