Maputo

Maputo is the capital city of Mozambique. Buildings range from old colonial palaces to new high-rise constructions, but the dominant architecture consists of Stalinist-looking concrete-walled boxes, generally with badly eroded paint and rusty security bars.
Xai-Xai

Xai-Xai is a coastal city at the mouth of the Limpopo River in Southern Mozambique. Visitors enjoy its wide, golden sand beaches and snorkling at its coral reefs.
Inhambane

Inhambane is a sleepy historic town of 80,000 people some 485 km north of Maputo. It has some great colonial architecture and is considered by many to be one of the prettiest towns in Mozambique.

Vilanculos

Vilanculos is the Mozambican capital of water sports. It's a popular beach resort area with accommodation from economy to 5-star barefoot luxury. The gateway to the Bazaruto Archipelago, Mozambique's only underwater national park.
Tofo Beach

Tofo Beach is in Inhambane Province, Mozambique. It has been described as "the next Goa", and while this may be pushing it a bit, Tofo has definitely become a traveller's focus on the Eastern coast of Africa.
Bazaruto Archipelago National Park

The Bazaruto Archipelago National Park is a protected area in the Inhambane Province of Mozambique on the Bazaruto Archipelago. The park was proclaimed on 25 May 1971.
Ponta d’Ouro

Ponta d'Ouro is a popular destination for South African divers and surfers in southern Maputo province, Mozambique. There is a small village, but it is mostly overshadowed by the tourist camps.
Inhassoro
Inhassoro is a small fishing port in Inhassoro District of Inhambane Province in Mozambique. The town has 11,297 inhabitants and is located on the Indian Ocean coast along the EN1 highway.Southern Mozambique
