Chaguanas is a city in central Trinidad, split almost halfway between the country's two other major cities Port of Spain and San Fernando. Chaguanas is a drawcard for Indo-Trinidadian culture, with the city sparking into life during various festivals throughout the year.

San Fernando is Trinidad's busy second city. It is built on hills including the most famous in Trinidad -- San Fernando Hill. San Fernando is very much a carnival city, experiencing a full build-up to its own wide assortment of competitions in Skinner Park as well as energetic parades.

Arima

Arima is one of 3 Boroughs in Trinidad. Its name is derived from the Arawak language, and it means "water".
Point Fortin

Point Fortin is the main town in the lightly populated deep south peninsula of Trinidad. It is not far from the city of San Fernando, it is the gateway to the rich treasure of coastline on both the Gulf of Paria and the Atlantic.
Couva

Couva is an urban town in west-central Trinidad, south of Port of Spain and Chaguanas and north of San Fernando and Point Fortin. It is the main urban and commercial centre of Couva–Tabaquite–Talparo, and the Greater Couva area includes the Point Lisas Industrial Estate and the Port of Point Lisas.

Chaguaramas (, lies in the Northwest Peninsula of Trinidad west of Port of Spain; the name is often applied to the entire peninsula, but is sometimes used to refer to its most developed area.
