Hammersmith Bridge is a suspension bridge that crosses the River Thames in west London. It links the southern part of Hammersmith in the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham, on the north side of the river, with Barnes in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames, on the south side of the river. Hammersmith Bridge is situated 1,400 feet east of Engineering.

St Paul's School is a selective independent day school for boys aged 13–18, founded in 1509 by John Colet. It is located on a 43 acres site, beside the River Thames in Barnes, in south-west London. St Paul’s School is situated 540 feet southwest of Engineering.
